Our typical project size can range from $20,000 to over $5,000,000, and are usually located in the Twin Cities
and surrounding area.

The customers we serve are both private corporations
and public entities. They include manufacturers, utilities,
churches, school districts, counties, cities, and state agencies.
Most of our work is performed under a general contract
with a stipulated lump sum. We also work under specialized
trade contracts or a partial general contract and we can provide complete design-build services for customers with smaller-scale projects.

Our own crews perform the demolition and removals required for alteration and remodeling projects. They also do the concrete work such as foundations and structural slabs. Our carpenters provide rough framing and blocking along with finish carpentry such as installation of millwork, casework, doors, hardware, and specialties.

This direct involvement means greater control, better workmanship, and more reliable cost management.
