 Tim Sward, Superintendent From 27 years of construction experience, Tim Sward knows that holding to the schedule is one of the most critical elements of a successful project. Tim has more than 16 years of experience supervising the building of educational, municipal, tenant build-out, retail, clean rooms and general remodeling projects. Tim prides himself on attention to detail and maintaining a clean and safe job site. He is a hands-on, results-orientated professional who leads by example. His broad base of construction experience makes him an excellent resource to foresee and resolve constructability issues. Owners and Construction Managers that have benefited from Tim’s leadership skills include: the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Lockheed Martin, Farmington Public Schools, Unisys, Kraus-Anderson, Adolfson & Peterson, Bossardt Corporation, and RJM Construction. Prior to joining George F. Cook Construction, Tim was employed with Armstrong Construction, H&B Construction, BOR-SON Construction and Bombard Construction. Tim is married with two sons. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding motorcycles, and collecting and restoring antique tractors. |
